Absolutely, it is why I will stop using them and all UK telcos soon.

They cancelled my international roaming when they forced me, and I do mean forced, to change contract when my original pre-Brexit deal allegedly expired a couple of years ago. Net result - at the end of my contract I will cease my UK SIM and just use my German mobile.
