I suspect he will likely remain PM while the Liberals run a leadership race/he prorogues parliament (look it up). So strap in.

As a Quebecker, our view of our “distinct society”, peppered with notions of 🇨🇦 exceptionalism, means we often think we are immune to wider forces at play. The reality is that sometimes we are just a laggard. In my mind, the election of Legault in 2018 was one such example.
