I attended #ShowUsYouCare event in parliament where I met my constituent, Jack Hassan, to discuss his experiences living with a disability and the social care services available to him. We talked about the need for flexible social care that supports everyone.

It was a pleasure to join @csalliance.bsky.social in Parliament to talk to MPs about how vital good, reliable #SocialCare is. Thank you to all who invited their MP and made sure people living with mental ill-health, service providers, and carers were represented. #ShowUsYouCare

Yesterday, thanks to over 2000 campaigners who sent invitations, we welcomed MPs to our #ShowUsYouCare event in Parliament. Our attendees heard about the 3.5 million people unable to get the support they need and how we can work together to change this. (1/5)

We are looking forward to welcoming MPs and Lords to our #ShowUsYouCare event this afternoon.

Attendees will hear directly from policy experts, people who draw on care and unpaid carers about the state of social care and how to make sure everyone gets the care they need.
