Fervent défenseur de la clozapine, sur le fond je ne peux que souhaiter qu'elle soit plus prescrite. Sur la forme, je trouve que c'est catastrophique. Le problème n'est pas la NFS en soi. En revanche, se dire de que de devoir surveiller un TTT nous empêche de le prescrire, ça c'est un problème.

I mean if a big inbalance despite randomization occurs for 1 or + baseline characteristics, this inbalance would be due to chance. I guess the only thing to do is to describe it and keep in mind that groups are not fully comparable while interpretating the results.

It might be a silly question (I'm not an expert in statistics), but what is the point of performing a statistical test on the pre-intervention score, given that this is a randomized trial (or at least claimed to be one)?
