One of our many goodbyes, separated by glass — a symbol of what was to become: 500 days apart, separated by an entire atmosphere. That one time when ‘see you later’ carried the weight of everything unsaid. We knew it would change us.

Earth Day is every day, anywhere on Earth. Recently spent a day in it here—among the Himalayan cedars and quiet trails of Mashobra, Shimla. We’ve got work to do to protect this planet we call home. And that work starts now, wherever on the planet you are.

You can take it off the wall, but you can’t erase him.

On a special tour of the White House last year, I stood in front of President Obama’s portrait, and it reminded me of the time I met him after my husband returned to Earth from nearly a year in space.

Elon was the one who switched sides and aligned with the enemy—that’s the definition of a traitor. Mark has been on Team America his entire life.

And I know this because I’ve known him my entire life.

Senator Mark Kelly was my Commander on the Space Shuttle Discovery during my trip back to Earth. I know him well - that's him holding my newborn baby. I have tremendous respect for him as a leader and as a patriot. I would never, ever question his dedication to our country.

So, Elon called my brother-in-law a traitor.

Interesting take, considering Musk supports authoritarian regimes over democratic ones. Mark’s spent his life serving this country.

I just got back from 36 hours in Ukraine with my brother Scott. Wanted to share a story from while we were there. At a hospital, we talked with a wounded Ukrainian soldier.

I asked him what he thought about the recent change in US policy. His response in English was, “What the fuck.”

Heartbroken by the passing of former Houston Mayor and U.S. Congressman Sylvester Turner. His leadership shaped Houston.

We cherish the memory of him officiating our wedding, a testament to his warmth and commitment to bringing people together. Sending love to his family and all who mourn him.

Facts: Putin is a dictator and murderer. Russia invaded Ukraine. Ukraine is fighting for their lives. America used to stand up against tyrants. This is not who we are as a nation. Disgraceful.

I was the Commander of the @ISS when Andy, @Astro_Andreas flew his first space mission. He is one of the most competent, trustworthy, and honest people I’ve ever met. This rhetoric is beyond the pale but, sadly, not surprising. He does not deserve this kind of disrespect.
