So basically if you feel your right are being violated by an executive order you the individual have to file you own law suit/ grievance to get the government to stop. But it will only apply to the people involved in the case. As opposed to applying at a federal level hault for everybody.

So birth right citizenship hasn’t ended. It’s actually a lot worse argument to limit the scope of the judicial branch to stop/slow down executive orders. Birthright citizenship was just the precursor to the argument.
