The aftermath of a violent car crash tonight in Grant Circle. Both MPD and Fed’s were on the scene.

We did an anniversary dinner at Tabard Inn last year. It was delightfully cozy, food was great, ambiance was romantic. Forgot how nice of a place it was.

I remember getting home from watching the results, and promptly throwing up.

I think it’s worth remembering that all of this was knowable, or at least predictable, in 2016.

Day #160: United States Postal Service (1969)

Walkers Irish Stew Crisps (2010-2010): Part of the "Flavour Cup" promotion in the UK, coinciding with the World Cup and featuring country-specific flavors, these potato crisps/chips were made to taste like Irish beef or lamb stew, seasoned with a "meaty" flavor, herbs, and onion powder

The Tail Up Goat outdoor dining space is now completely gone, and two cars are parked where it used to be. this will probably be the status quo for the foreseeable future because DC officials struggle to think of any other uses for curb space besides private car parking. It's a real shame.

The alcohol was a Nice To Have, but the absence of coffee is killing me. I don’t mind earl grey tea, but it’s not filling that void.

Sigh. Yes…yes he would.

Thanks. I’m not one to complain usually, but I am pretty sure if my dog hadn’t already died this year, this would have been the week it happened.

Things I have experienced this week:

-The death of a family member
-An ER visit
-A work crisis
-Needing to give up coffee and alcohol

And somehow it remains only Thursday. This week can really go f*** itself!
