It was an honour last night to present Sandwell College with the community excellence award, on behalf of Dr Finlay's Private Practice at the @Signatureaward in Birmingham

So after having a 14 month old with bronchiolitis - it’s really clarified things in my mind

I went to see my patient on #EOLcare & saw that the nurse had encased his hands in warm water-filled gloves, to simulate human touch (his family was not able to be there). Below is a googled picture. This kind of compassion is not taught in school. My heart is full. @3wishesprogram.bsky.social

It’s not that I necessarily mind having a shadow, but I don’t think this is going to necessarily work out well for you!

I’ll be really interested to see if this is causation or merely correlation.

Is it that dark chocolate eaters are opting for a lower sugar option?

Or perhaps the polyphenols in dark chocolate?
