Today I finished the day with two meals:
• 🥚 Breakfast around 10:45 AM: scrambled eggs + mackerel in tomato sauce
• 🍗 Lunch/Dinner at 5:45 PM: wings + 6 slices of cheddar cheese and a vegetable salad 🥗

Goal: to reduce my weight to 85 kg 🎯

Persevering in the effort to lose weight is as hard as mastering any other “discipline,” and here is my current state, which I want to reduce to 85 kg 🙏💪🔥
