Some years ago Canonical ran the ‘Ubuntu Developer Summits (UDS)’, but recently the events were brought back and reimagined as the ‘Ubuntu Summit’. Oh and it came out perfectly. Ground a little coarser than usual since Ethiopian coffees tend to produce more fines.

Ran a little longer than I’d like but the berries/floral notes really came out either way!

Brewing “Shoondhisa by Ture Waji” today - an Ethiopian Landrace coffee roasted by Ilse.

I mean, I'm not neutral anymore but... I genuinely think the agenda for the Ubuntu Summit 25.10 is *amazing*
