All of this started because, one evening, I was teaching trigonometry to my sister, and I was motivated to come up with an intuitive way to explain trig functions

Sine and Cosine are projections ("shadows") of an angle tracked along a unit circle on the Y-axis and X-axis respectively. Similar explanations exist for (co)secant and (co)tangent: https://visualize-it.github.io/trig_functions/simulation.html

I've previously worked on automaton models of patchy ecosystems near criticality, as well as data-driven models of fish behaviour. I'm currently working on inferring interactions in the gut microbiome.
I would love to be included!
Sometimes it is interjected by screentime but I avoid it as much as possible (and also use warmer colors)
