Gold leaf numbers 4619 on glass window with small spur serifs. The gold leaf has been applied in a manner that makes the numbers appear beveled like they are carved.

Mid-process photo of gilding numbers 4619 on glass with gold leaf. The 4 and 6 have only black outlines and the 1 and 9 have been gilded and made to look beveled. There is a white powder around the inscription, which is part of the gilding process.
