Why Raw-Dogging Boredom Is Not a Good Idea The TikTok trend of surviving a long-haul flight while doing nothing misses the point of boredom altogether—that we need to act, not be more bored.

I've been asked a lot in the media about raw-dogging boredom - and I just think it's dumb (original title for this @psychologytoday.bsky.social was "Raw-dogging boredom is dumb" - apparently that was offensive!)
