for technique it's mostly like.. curling inner, outer next, then putting it upwards . some people also make the curler slightly warm using a blow dryer so that it sticks. you can also curl while the mascara is on but make sure it isn't too sticky coz you can like, peel ur lashes from that sometimes

what technique are u using on the lashes julie beloved.. also sometimes the shape of the curler doesn't fit ur eye shape (esp if ur asian) I heard at some point before that these types of curlers tend to work best ? they're for travel I believe
