Comparing retail launch sales of Yakuza Kiwami 3 with other Yakuza remakes in Japan.

It's most likely a bigger launch than Yakuza Kiwami 2 including digital, pretty close to the launch of LAD 8 Gaiden last year.

+80% of sales were on PlayStation.

Retail launch sales of Mario Tennis Fever in Japan are the lowest for a Mario Tennis game, less than 1/3 of the launch of Mario Tennis Aces.

Pretty poor opening for a Mario sports game overall, among the lowest for the series.

Pretty sure this advanced access is a first for the franchise, so it's probably close to the launch of the 3DS remake all in all.

Still though, back when this was announced, I expected just the Switch version to clear 500k, for all versions not to get there is underwhelming.
