Like many companies they know which customers are more likely to pay and as the football tickets usually sold out on they say people just accepted it but an emailed ticket costs nothing to send, it's just pure profit. Bands don't see a penny of that.

I used to work for a ticket agency in the 90's and even then the extra charges were ridiculous. They tried to justify it because of postage but when they send 4 tickets in one envelope it doesn't need £3.95 per ticket!!
Now there's even less excuse.
