I’ve always been a pretty emotional person, but having kids just took my depths of emotion to a deeper level that bleeds into my writing.

I like a little bit of both! I feel like writing in my comfort zone helps me really hone my skills to be ready to go outside my comfort zone!

Oh if that isn’t my struggle lately!! If anyone has tips on balancing things with a toddler and a newborn, I’m all ears 😂

To C, thank you for reminding me it’s okay to be a little broken. To M, thanks for reminding me we all deserve love. To K, thank you for reminding me we don’t have to be the stereotypical badass to do great things. And most importantly, to N, thank you for giving me a way to channel my grief.

The last 75% while drafting. When the end is in sight it just feels like wading through mud to get there.

I was on a writing hiatus when I had my first but I have been thinking a lot about writing time while nursing since I’ll be sitting anyways.
What did you write with? I figured I could use my phone but I’m also curious how writing with a laptop would go.

Yup! I found reading to be the thing that really helped me adjust to waking at night with my first.
