Also, those reports are time sucks and his main responsibilities are elsewhere, so his approach maximizes his efficiency and his ability to do his core work.
My son is an engineer and finds himself having to produce reports for clients and for others in his company. He can write (like we are defining it here) but he regularly uses automated text production because it gives him the standardized language that is expected in his work.

That’s what the @nytimes.com headline here says. Both “shield” and “instead” appallingly reinforce anti-vax attitudes and frames.
