seeing blitz give stolas that space to feel things while still taking care of him, neither of which blitz had, is everythinggg to me. they’re both learning about each other and gaining positive things from it even at the ugliest times 🥺💜

and i want to make it very clear that i am not actually claiming one version of depression to be “better” than the other - i’m speaking from experience as someone who is very much stolas in this case, enabled by privilege in a way, while a friend of mine was blitz due to her awful circumstances

YESSSS EXACTLY. i love the dichotomy of depression experiences between them bc i bet blitz was the type who, after the fire, kept pushing on bc he didn’t have a choice but to keep trying, while stolas has the “luxury” of losing himself and rotting in bed all day. blitz wouldn’t have it any other way

yeah i only have one “outside” pair that fit now bc i’ve gained weight and it is not a fun feeling 😩 at least i stay at home most of the time and can chill in my lounge/PJ pants lmao
