For real!!! I'm SO tired. It just feels like busywork and I've really come to resent it.

Anyway yeah WOW holy fuck have I really come to loathe taking videos of my work. It's all still better than dealing with galleries but I miss the days where a fucking photo was good enough...

... Is also somehow blurry and out of frame. You bonk your head on the lights that crowd around the shot, oh no... There is also a hot glue string you didn't catch in the shot. You shriek, wishing that your ancestors had never chosen to leave the sweet dark embrace of the sea....

The fact that you'd rather be making another cool thing than pulling a muscle holding your feet out of a shot , straining to get the 20th take just right , holding your breath so your hands don't shake, anticipating comments nitpicking some random background object only to see that this take ...

Anyone else's nervous system been slowly conditioned to get irrationally anxious/ angry when it comes to taking video for social media bc the arbitrary algorithm invokes a sisyphean feel and also makes you feel like it needs to meet standards you just can't bring yourself to care about lately?
