Yes, the danish marxists had early (and I’m guessing complete) translations of grundrisse and even Pashukanis… but here in Sweden we had a book series called kontrakurs with covers like this:

My main argument is that the efforts to introduce responsibility for corporations under international criminal law are bound to criminalise only a very narrow scope of wrongdoing...

International law is like a cruel, but subtle longstanding joke of the power holders, and doctrinal legal scholars are these slightly annoying people that just never seem to get the pun
