Haha yeah. I saw an interview where he says he writes with no plan and just tries to surprise himself with every line. Totally tracks since the movie is about nothing and completely contradicts itself as it goes along.

It just totally didn’t work for me. The more I think about it the more the whole story collapses in on itself and its themes feel more regressive and tacky.

He’s an NYC based horror host who for a few years was doing weekly screenings at the Ice Palace! First time I saw him out there he was showing Dead Alive, which was certainly a refreshing change of pace. Now he does once a month on Tuesdays.
