Here's my view

Idk if they play was true to text but it felt like Próspero had no skin in the game, and all the machinations were a bit pointless.

Also, I understand it was the first night but bloody hell, the Royal Drury Lane is HUUUUUGE so putting so many scenes right at the front where the nosebleed seats...

The staging was great, lovely scenography and fabulous lighting. Great cast with Mason Alexander Park being the absolute highlight of the show. They absolutely shine and steal every scene they're in.

It may be me, it may be Shakespeare but the end felt v anticlimactic
