Love snarky comments about AMS, but fact is MathJobs was created by Duke, they own the website. The Duke Math Dept was hacked, they're fixing it slowly, and MathJobs seems to not be a priority. AMS has urged them to get it back up quickly. So indeed, complaining to Duke is actually the best action.
