Torrid is absolutely safe. I've been a customer for over 5 years online. There's an in person store near me I shop at all the time as well :3 I also do really like Hot Topic for more masc/emo styled clothing.

If you prefer feminine clothing I really like the website Torrid. Otherwise for gender neutral/masculine clothing I shop a lot at Rural King/other farm stores!
