2025 was full of a bunch of painful self discovery and hurt from a lot of angles, lots of therapy, and a lot of learning how to protect myself while still being vulnerable. I've been steady for a good while now, and added sobriety on top. I'm choosing me this year.

Art is for ourselves. Anyone who leaves negative feedback on art typically never create things themselves and just feel better bringing others down.

If you look inwards enough without self love, you will find the fault is always within. Self awareness without the love and care you feel for others will turn into resentment.

Hey I know it sucks to talk about because it is so taboo and you feel like you have to suffer in silence, if you need an ear I'm around. It does get better even when it feels like you can't remember what happiness feels like.

To sit outside on my porch for the first time in the 4 years I've had it and take in the sun and clouds in 30 minutes of silence feels like peace I've been chasing all my life.

It's amazing how many busted gears you can find in your brain once you sit down and assess the damage instead of coasting for years. Things you don't even think to bring up with a therapist cause it feels "normal". Yeah that gears just always been broken, it's supposed to work? LOL

The waves continue to hit, but I am slowly surfacing faster. It sucks but it's the only way I can grow. I will survive.
