Tomorrow, the second stage of the #AlUlaTour finishes on Bir Jaydah Mountain Wirkah (2.6km at 9.8%), which will be tackled three times.
Before reaching the summit, there's a section of 1.15km at 16.2%. According to my information there are some peaks up to 22-23%.

Veloviewer seems to struggle a bit with the gradients, which is typical for these countries. So I had to use my own elevation data to create the most accurate profile possible.

The final 250 meters level out with a slight downhill to the finish line. The summit isn't practical for a finish due to surrounding rocks (marked in yellow). They likely chose the open area further along, where there's enough room for the setup.

There's no Street View available. This is a picture from Google Earth to give an impression.
The 7-meter-wide road may look less steep on TV, but rest assured, it will be brutally tough for the riders.
The wind will be coming from the NNW (10-13 km/h), providing a tailwind on the climb.
