I am very exhausted of being #chronicallyill. I try very hard to find the silver lining, even in things that suck. Just for me tho, I dont push positivity on others. I like silver linings. My piercings threw my whole immune system into stupid and dunno for how long. There is no silver lining here.

My daughter and I went to get piercings. I got 4 holes in my ears, she a Monroe. #pots took over, and I fainted. I'm not new to piercings, never fainted. Then they set off my left trigeminal nerve. That feels great. She's okay, her symptoms didn't flare! Wanted a nice time 🤷‍♀️😔. #chronicillness sucks.

I had the audacity to eat a perfectly healthy and "safe" dinner, but thanks to #pots I feel like I've sprinted a marathon. Nausea, pain, increased hr, dizzy. So much fun. Most days I'd rather not even eat. Even several small meals make me sick. #chronicillness #dynamicdisability

I had to ask my Shrink the icky question of who he voted for. He did eventually indicate the answer that I was hoping for, and so our relationship continues. I don't want politics in the room as a discussion, but I couldn't handle politics as one of my unspoken fears. #safety #therapy #politics

Birthday tradition in this family.
1. No chores on the day.
2. Chooses what goes on the TV all day. (Gaming, TV, or films.)
3. Any food wanted is provided. Anything. If we can find it, it's on the table. Last year, D(16) wanted 4 things from 4 different places.

All three photos are different angles of a chocolate cake that looks like a log. It has shades of green frosting piped to look like moss. Vines around the cake. Rocks made of cake pop. Mushrooms I'm various colours made of chocolate.

The cake for my daughter's 17th. It's pretty good since my middle finger, on my dominant hand, is roached. Not my best work in general, though. I made candy mushrooms and cake pop elements for her girlfriend.

I sometimes wish my doctors and therapist checked in on my social media from time to time. It would save some time. Kinda prove this and that. Provide insights they can't get in office. I understand the grey ethics of social media and medicine. I consent to my medical team looking! Lol!

Photo is a chocolate cake with four layers and frosting in between each layer. There is no crumb coat on yet. Each layer looks messy and disproportionately sized to each other. It will eventually look like a fallen tree stump.

Making my daughter's birthday cakes this year is taking it out of me. All of the standing and I've a migraine. My husband is helping, luckily. I have made her birthday cake every year since she was born, 17 years tomorrow. She gives me a theme, I give her a cake!! Currently looks like crap! Lol!!
