Every time I have health stuff flair up, I spiral back into depression. I've had to use a walking aid on and off since I was 18, and that's something I've come to terms with. I can't wait to move. I just found out that my apartment has mold in the vents, which explains the health flair ups, exhaustion, foggy brain, stomach issues, etc that I've been struggling with lately 🫠

My 11 year old and I have started running miniature DND encounters while driving places. He pulls up his character sheet on his tablet, and we downloaded a dice rolling app, I just improv little battles and scenarios. It’s his favorite thing right now.
