Yeah, he cops a fair bit of abuse but he’s been one of our better players so far this season. I’m more than comfortable when he plays. His best position is CM but he does well in defence too.

Yeah, I was saying exact same thing to a friend today. Unai has rested players and switched it up a lot more this year. I was thinking that might be impacting the form a bit. I also think we’ve missed Barkley’s impact off the bench the last few weeks.

I agree that it’s not ideal and hopefully they can fix it. But the health impacts diminish the closer they are to 0 and would be barely detectable at a population level in a group of people with BL of 3.5.

I agree that it’s not arbitrary and there will be higher results in that population. However, any health affects would be pre-clinical, and barely detectable at a population level. From memory, every 5ug/dL increase equates to 1 IQ point decline at a population level.

3ug/dL is is not that bad. It’s not ideal but It’s definitely not lead poisoning.
Blood lead levels in nearly every major city in the world during the 70’s and 80’s was between 10ug/dL and 30ug/dL.
