Sorry for dipping on the live earlier today. I'm on a long journey to be free of psych meds. It's been a challenge, and today was an especially challenging day. I'm hoping to be better in a few days. Tapering psych meds is no joke. More people need to be talking about how difficult this can be.

Depression can be caused by so many things. For me, it was loneliness. Connection helped me and put my depression into remission. I'm so grateful and thankful for all the friends I've made.
