It’s a psychologist a year after his wife dies, trying to get himself back together and also be a better therapist. And better dad. And better friend. But it’s so much more than that. It’s hilarious. Laugh out loud funny at times. And it’s touching and sweet too.

Shrinking is the best show since Ted Lasso.
