Spring chicken of the woods. You can find this #mushroom in Spring, Summer, and Fall. It was very abundant this season. I like to find it a day younger than shown but still was ok to eat. Once they fan out more it becomes tough and not as flavourable.

It's a good day to be a New Jerseyan.

PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy signed a law Monday to prohibit public and school libraries from banning books in the state and to enshrine protections against civil and criminal charges for librarians who comply with the law.
