I got like 80 or 90% of the way there and I ended up putting it down. I recall the combat also being tiresome and nothing motivating about the story. It barely made any sense. But some bright spots along the way, so I don't regret my time with it.

The reason CVS stuff isn't locked is because the box says CVS on it, it can't get fenced to another retailer which is the primary driver for theft, and personal use. PG and others already got their money before the item hit the shelf.

If those cages actually f'd over PG, they wouldn't be there.

So, as someone who used to for for that company. The store brands are often made by the name brand makers. Also, shelf placement, including use of those cages, is part of the business deal they make with the retailer, including to how many facings and the exact shelf the item goes on.
