Thanks to those who pointed me to the right info! I called 425-313-8100 and spoke to a person (!!) who thanked me for my feedback and forwarded me to the place where she said they are logging those calls. I spoke to another actual person who loggedme; script in next post for other shy folks.

T&T Supermarket (Canadian Asian chain) opened last month in Bellevue and I got to check it out last week (no wait last Mon! But it’s prob busy for LNY). Anyway, we have check-in on Wed at 7pm!
