The argument that Carney cant demand that international law be upheld, not just in the Middle East but everywhere, makes no sense to me. Canada can do this & say both that the Iranian regime should fall & that aggressive war is illegal. It’s in our direct interests to do so.

If your perspective is that Canada should only voice support for international law when it has an narrow self interest in doing so, we're no longer discussing international law.

Canada rightly condemns the Iran regime but then says it supports the US-led war in Iran, despite it violating international law, a topic on which PM Carney is silent.

Is abandoning international law what Carney meant by principled realism in his Davos speech?

Inside the first fold of the pamphlet: a section titled, Emergency Pack for Refuge or Trunk of Car. Underneath, there are two lists, titled Essential and Desirable, with items to be put in a survival pack. The essential list includes water, a blanket, infant care items, and essential medicines. The desirable list includes a raincoat, soap, and personal papers. Series 340, Subseries 9, File 3, Item 3.
