The American Academy of Pediatricians bluntly telling us the current CDC can't be trusted, and of course they are absolutely correct

The president of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Susan J. Kressly, said "creation of federal immunization policy is ‘no longer a credible process.’”

Grateful to have spent the last two days with @MomsRising on Capitol Hill creating a buzz 🐝 and raising our voices about how the budget bill threatens health care for moms, babies, and families. #MaternalJustice #MomSky

The incompetence. The US has embarked upon military action with complete incompetence.

RFK Jr’s whole shtick is Americans don’t need more access to medical care. They need only healthier food and fewer environmental toxins. Meanwhile the administration is reducing nutritional assistance and increasing environmental toxins.
If Republicans stand behind their phenomenally unpopular and regressive budget bill, they should defend it on the merits.
Instead they're touting legislation that doesn't exist -- a fantasy bill that somehow doesn't widen deficits, purge people from Medicaid, or give its biggest benefits to the rich
Kicking off summer with conference call Monday by the lake because school’s out, life is full & the work still matters. Grateful for the flexibility to hold space for both movement-building & motherhood all in one view.

Also Happy 250th Birthday Army!!

No scientific or governance crisis. Just people completely high off their own supply trying to fundamentally reorder society. None of this had to happen.

I don't know whether Elon v Trump is real or going anywhere. But both have real weapons to use which they haven't. Elon can spend money pumping up resistance to the big beautiful bill. Trump can start yanking the contracts Elon gave himself running doge. Until those things happen, meh.
