Yes change needs to start local from the bottom up. It's one reason I like mail in voting. Having the ballot in front of me gives me the easiest way to research candidates up and down the ballot. Also everyone should try to attend some local council meetings.

China is patient and very very good strategically.

From what I've read, China is not running out of fuel. They have stashed huge oil reserves. The US does not because trump never replenished our strategic oil reserves. China also stopped all fossil fuel exports. The US has not. Every country is facing higher fuel prices though including China.

It's quite possible this war with Iran has already set things in motion to eventually bring about Voughts wet dream of a nuclear holocaust Armageddon. This war ensures there will be future domestic terrorist attacks against the US or Israel. And then there will be retaliation...like after 9/11.

Not sure China will need to attack Taiwan. IMHO China will step in to supply Taiwan with fuel because the longer the war goes on, the more likely Taiwan will run out of fuel. That gives China a big bargaining chip.
