I'm just gonna have to ride the tides of life until I feel like myself again.

I feel pretty good each time I resurface, I can feel the clarity return to me with each breath of fresh air.

But the lows, they are still suffocating.

Just in case ppl are actually serious about leaving discord this time.

On my side of things:

1. AMAB people are much more responsive to physical touch and generally touch starved. Some are either touch repulsed or will lean into it. Listen for their breath to hitch, and ask if they're uncomfortable if it does. Physical touch is a barrier I break first, not them.
