But the reality is, sky sports employs former English f1 personalities like former drivers and engineers, whom clearly have made comments that are not professional.

This opens the door for hatred between nationalities and divides the sport. Drivers will begin to carter to their national media.

If Sky Sports are biased, it affects the translation and credibility of the sport for so many other media channels across the world. Sure, Spanish and Italian media have a bias, but no one is translating from them. Their content is not in the major language. It is Sky Sports.

Now the reason why English broadcasters like Sky Sports are the ones that NEED to be unbiased is because not only does f1tv have their rights, but also, are the dominant English speaking media in the paddock.

Sky Sports for example were the ones that announced Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari

In Formula 1, despite the FIA being in Paris and having an abbreviation derived from French, you can find everything FIA related in English.

Naturally, across the world, many languages would translate f1 content from English.

According to google, 1.35 billion people speak English. English has become the standard language for international relations for the past few decades.

In fact, sports have signs in English rather than the local language for broadcasting versatility.
