I love taking the train - I try to take it 3-5 times a year, but it’s become wholly unreliable between SD and LA. Unstable cliff tracks, derailments… I’ve had about a 50% success rate over the past two years.

I had a SOL-MPK ticket for 4/30.They canceled the SOL-SJC leg, did not inform me & marked my reservation in app as “invalid” so couldn’t change/cancel it. I only looked bc I heard about the cliff again. Tried to call (lol) and finally got it canceled/refunded via text. It’s a mess. @pacificsurfliner
