#Halloween is special to me, not least because it's my birthday. We never get more than 15 to 20 trick-or-treaters, and last night only 4 ... a group of teenaged girls from up the street. We had proper candy bars for them. As for me, a lovely dinner and a birthday watch. 1/2

Re: cabinet members in #MilitaryHousing. Some senior officer quarters are historic, and on the civilian market would fetch millions. What's to stop a cabinet member from appropriating one of the general's houses in San Francisco's Presidio, never mind that it's 3,000 miles from DC? 1/2
