"Tales from the trails". Look who I found on my walk this morning 🐓 on the trail. He wouldn't let me catch him, so sadly I had to leave him 😔 behind.

On my walk this morning I found a very cold baby hog-nose snake next to the bike trail. I moved him to a sunny, grassy area, sure hope he made a recovery.

On a recent walk, I spotted a snake laying in the trail, and as I got closer, I didn't know what kind it was. Curious, I looked it up when I got home and discovered it was a Northern Ring-necked Snake. Have any of you encountered this snake before?

Walking the bike trail I spotted a Box turtle crossing the path. He wasn't to happy when I picked him up and helped him to the other side. Didn't want to see another causality by getting run over.

"Kurious Kitten" my beautiful kitty has been SOLD. I'm so happy that he found his forever home❤.

On one of my daily walks on the bike trail I find snakes on the path warming themselves. So, here I am nudging a little garder snake to safety. I have seen to many run over by bikers, just trying to save a life.
