1 Dash Lime Juice
1 oz Carbonated Water
1.5 Oz Whiskey
Shaken on ice, poured into highball glass full of ice, Carbonated water added at end.
8/10 Good, would drink again for sure. (I was also drunk by this point so???)

3 Quail Eggs
1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
1.5 oz Whiskey
Shaken on ice, strained into Cocktail Glass.

Ruby Fizz
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Lemon Juiced
1.5 oz Gin
1 Egg (3 Quail Eggs)
Shaked on ice, poured into Highball and topped with Ginger Ale

Cape Cod Rainbow
2 oz Gin
1 oz Orange Juice
1 Dash Grenadine
1 Tablespoon Green Chartreuse
1 Lemon Peel Twist
1/10 -- this was awful
Derby Fizz
1.5 oz Whiskey
5 Dashes Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Powdered Suagr
1 Egg (3 Quail Eggs)
3 Dashes Curacao
Shaken on ice, strained into Highball Glass and topped with Carbonated water.
6/10 Bland?
St. Croix Crusta
4 Dashes Apple Syrup
1 Dash Citrus Bitters
1 Dash Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Cherry Liquor
1.5 oz Whiskey
Lemon peel oil used to rim small cocktail glass, and dusted with powdered sugar. Shaken on ice, strained and garnished with the lemon peel.
9/10 - So sweet, literally just alcohol
Whiskey Daisy No 1
1/2 Lime Juiced
1/4 Lemon Juiced
2 dashes Grenadine
2 Dashes Carbonated Water
1.5 oz Whiskey
Everything but Carbonated shaken with ice and strained into ice filled highball glass. Carbonated Water added at end. Garnished with mint sprig.
