The plot isn't anything special, but it's nice to see the old and new characters interact in campaigns with different gameplay. Anyway I liked the game, but I especially loved Leon. The outfit is peak, but how much is he in love with Ada? ❤️

Resident Evil 6

Despite being a co-op game, I appreciated that you're not penalized in single-player mode bc you don't have to share ammo with your partner. However, I found the game easier than previous ones due to the enemy types and the many checkpoints, but I can't complain bc I struggled less.

I'll choose Pombon just to call it Missile

This reminds me of people calling RE9 woke because of the female protagonist...

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

While I loved the first game, this one is definitely one of my favorites. There have been several improvements and additions to the gameplay, making it even more fun. The story is engaging, the new characters are great, but most of all, Hansry is so beautiful ❤️

Yesterday's State of Play was a great event, but the best announcement was definitely Castlevania. It looks really cool, and I read it's set 23 years after Dracula's Curse. I can't wait ✨

i think i had the most fun making comics for 4 and PW when i did my MGS playthru, so i'm super excited for those to become more accessible!! 🐍

What a shame. I still have to play it, but I was hoping the remake would add things, rather than remove them.

Happy 26th anniversary to an iconic & underrated Resident Evil game that's a favorite of mine! And one I hope to see get a remake one day

I've always read that I had to platinum FF7R to get avatars, but I discovered that's not true. For the supporting characters, you just need to complete Chap 18, so I contacted support and finally got Tseng's avatar 🖤

Yep, compared to other RE games, but the gameplay is practically RE4's one. In fact, it has reskinned enemies.

It's co-op, but I played it alone. At first I struggled, but then I got the hang of it. Sheva's AI is terrible, but it's not a problem if you keep the important items, so she doesn't waste them. Finally, an honorable mention goes to Lost in Nightmares with old style gameplay and RE1 references.

Resident Evil 5

The first hours of the game didn't encourage me to continue due to the lack of horror setting and the action gameplay like RE4, but I'm glad I didn't drop it because the second part is significantly better, especially in terms of the plot (Wesker moments are so cool).

However, if I judge it outside of the RE series, I find it an excellent game with great characters, boss battles (especially Krauser's one) and minigames. I also appreciated the attention given to Ada in the extra content. But above all, I love the merchant lol

Puzzles are present, but fewer and limited to the current area. The game has a faster pace, especially during hordes, but it maintains a good horror atmosphere. Honestly, I'm sad to see my favorite elements of RE games shelved in favor of a less interesting (for my taste) shooting gameplay.
