(Posting all the misc info over here) Alongside the usual Rad-Cola powerset he has: Cryokinesis (manipulates ice) Pure ice breath Telescopic vision (maybe even freeze vision to go up against Rad-Man's heat/laser vision?) Because he's from another country, in costume he usually speaks his native language (Danish). Whenever he's near Disaster Lass, she tends to act as his translator. Both Captain Millennium and Rad-Man show some jealously towards him because for Murphy he thinks Viktor is stealing his girlfriend er, colleague and in Bradley's case it's because he's just like that (plus he thinks fire is cooler than ice.) It's not like Winter Warrior cares all that much about the rivalry anyways, before drinking the Rad-Cola and getting superpowers he just wanted to watch from a distance (basically how it was before all the superhero hullabaloo). Now he's just trying to do his job and keep everyone safe like the responsible young man he is. All that can be said is... this is going to be one strange vacation for him by the time it's all over.
