Then I’ll take a break to cover the Windy City Pulp and Paper con at the end of the month.

Gives me hope that some day in ten years I’ll finally see a shelf full of the Walmart-exclusive Super Powers Black Mantas.

Apparently he made it very difficult for Melinda Culea and Marla Heasley stating to producers that the team should only be made up of men. Which is unfortunate because both actresses were pretty great. Amy Allen was a great addition in the first season. She was not well written in season two.

I know Mr. T was a big icon of the time, but it’s still crazy to me how much space he takes up in marketing material compared to his actual role in the show.

I get why Peppard was miffed about that. I don’t get why he was a misogynistic and asshole though.

Most of stuff I’ve seen Kyle Chandler in, he’s the affable, though sometimes a touch cranky, good natured guy. But Kyle Chandler as Hal Jordan—he fucking means business. And you know that because he awkwardly says “fuck.”

My friend I lost touch with for a few years but am now back in contact with still sends Fox News links.

I stand by my theory that I’m from an alternate reality where they don’t exist because I refuse to accept that I’m out of touch.
