-try to scale bones in a fairly significant way. It's fine for actually posing the shortstackified version of a character, but not at all function for making the starting pose. (You will need to add ".pose" to the end of any 2.x kitsis pose file made for the testing branch to see it though.

And then you can load that up to pose. And it's basically purely manually.
But using the method you can shorten the arms, torso, legs, and even the neck. Trying to scale the head is ... difficult and can cause ALOT of issues.
Also, don't try doing it in the kitsis testing branch, it bugs out when -

If your wondering how I shortstack-ified Shieldy
Well, it can't be done via C+ (Stuff goes very wrong)
It's purely gpose side. You gotta get your character into A pose (Or T pose) and then shorten all the limbs via bone positioning and scaling and then once you have it looking good save it.

The individual panels too ofc, cause I suspect the above one is gonna get butchered by compression.
