I know that's not exactly the point of this post but cheaper watercolor brands have gotten better over the years. I managed to find a set from a supermarket (lidl) that performed well enough where I would have no issues using it for serious work

the kirby test ride is very fun so far, the way the announcer says "Gooey!!!" gives me life

haven't been drawing much in this past month, because every time I have a free hour from work me and my buddy just play this old, crusty, but absolutely saucefull billiards game for the snes

I have to go to bed because I already stayed up all night, but if anybody sees my message on the undertale anniversary stream- please let me know. I would be very happy to know if it made it through.

but if you're just starting off then anything in your local store will do just fine, especially if they sell Canson or Fabriano brand watercolor paper

also a bunch of watercolor paper i ordered has arrived today! I can't wait to test them all out, and see how they compare, I just need to think of what to paint first
