Here it comes, big share of the week, and one of my most involved animations recently! A charming demon girl, defying gravity as she is engulfed in flames. Many moving parts in this one, which made it tricky!

Posting the same couple I shared earlier this week - but now with a seamless standing + running animation combo!

These ones really take a lot of time and tweaking to get just right, especially to sync two characters, but I'm not sad with the result! #pixelart 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

I love Ragnarok sprites! For these specifically I draw a bit of inspiration from Pokémon trainer sprites ^^ my isometric ones look even more like Ragnarok's, it's a timeless style

Sharing a cool MECHA sprite I've made for a patron as part of their Fire Emblem romhack commission! I placed a vanilla Axe General sprite right next to it so you can get a feel for the size. For FE standards, it's a big one! 🤖

Today's update is about one of my personal projects - Pokémon Dystopia, a romhack for Pokémon Emerald I'm working on! I'm doing the scripting, the writing, some music, and of course the art, and it's been real fun!

Today's art update comes in the form of a long animation I made for that OneShot-style commission I teased recently! This is just part of the whole request, but it was the most fun bit to work on ^^

These 2 are getting a lot done in the stream break! #pixelart #oneshot🏃‍♀️💨

Hah I struggle with that too - depends on the size and style! For small sprites I just wing it tbh. For bigger I start with an outline, then the hairline, then diagonal / vertical lines with subtle shading where it makes sense.

Studying good sprites helps the most - take a gander at spriteresource!
